Ripples

People often “accuse” me of “manipulating” my images. I love to say this one IS one I manipulated. The water on this small pond was perfectly still and, as a result, reflected the fall foliage perfectly…perfectly upside down of course. I had no interest in making a photo. Then I picked up a small stone and tossed it in the water and made a dozen photos, this being my favorite.

Very creative, John. The colors and pattern is fantastic! Good for you to make something out of what seemed an ordinary scene. Nicely done.
