The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.
Description
This has long been one of my favorite photos. It was taken back when I was just beginning photography. I want to get it printed and framed, but would like to get feedback on it before I spend the money.
Specific Feedback
I greatly appreciate your thoughts and suggestions.

I do like how the trees are hiding in the fog, especially those that are further back in the BG. The subtle color in the LLC coupled with the warm light coming in from the URC is great, as it sandwiches a bluer colored fog in the middle. My one concern if you are going to print it, is to see what you can do to avoid any JPEG banding artifacts. The light coming in from the URC seems to et banded as you move from the URC to the LLC, specially in the brighter fog. That would be a concern for me it I was going to print it. It may just be the case for the low resolution for the web that is causing it.
Chris, it easy to see why this is a favorite, it’s both subtly colorful and mysterious. I’m not seeing any banding (on my 27" monitor), but you’re the one who can look at 100%. I would suggest a metal print since that will best capture both the dynamic range and the subtle color shifts. (The other advantage of a metal print is that it doesn’t need framing.) Conventional prints can’t capture the dynamic range that you see on your monitor.
Chris, this is a moody, mystical image that is very appealing. For print, you might consider increasing the sat on the colourful trees a bit. It would make ax excellent wall hanger.
I’m a huge fan of metal prints - everything in the house is metal and most of the stuff I’ve done for others. They are neat, clean, and very light as well. I find framing actually detracts from most image, IMO.
