Sandy, a fine closeup of these Teasel.
I once had a midnight drive to the 24 hour vet because of these nasty things. My Husky’s snout swelled up like a balloon from coming in contact with them. I thought he’d been snake bit… :skull_and_crossbones:

Hi Sandy, nice details in the picture, even though I would have left a bit more space on the bottom, the crop is working well with space on the left.

First, let me say, I love that you took this with your phone. These flower buds look like they’re on a mission with the first one leading the way. I like that there are 3 of them too and that they’re lined up on a diagonal. I wonder if you could play with the luminance of the green on the buds to get them to lift away from the background? Or maybe play with the color a bit to give them more color contrast from the background? Or give the background more softness or desaturate it? Maybe someday the phone cameras will give us more control over depth of field that would help with this issue. Great comp!

Sandy, the furry greens throughout show well here. I am thinking that a slightly tighter crop (from left and top) might look good.

Sandy: Cool subject and a fine capture with your phone. I used to forget that my phone has a camera but since I got an I Phone Pro Max 13 I have found it very useful and competent. I agree with Mark’s crop suggestion but don’t think you need much. Top notch shot. >=))>

I’m a little lazy sometimes, and don’t want to drag big cameras on hikes.
My cell is always with me.
Bill, (and others) be sure to take some of the online classes on the many great things these phones can do with their cameras. Quite amazing.
