Sony A7R III battery question

I was going to order a spare battery for my new A7RIII and was amazed at the price - $78 for a single battery! I can get a car battery cheaper.

I noticed Adorama carries the Green Extreme batteries with the exact same specs. They seem to get rave reviews and people are saying they’re just as good as the Sony brand for half the price.

B&;H carries the Watson brand but doesn’t look like they have the same specs ( a bit weaker).

Any thoughts or experiences if you use “off brand” batteries in the A7RIII?

I have used Watson before. Not bad as a backup but in my experience, they do not hold a charge as long as the OEM batteries. I have never tried Green Extreme.

Ever consider Tether Tools Case Relay? With the use of a Dummy battery, it has an internal battery than can be continuously recharged by a run of the mill USB External battery. More Bulky than a spare, but not much more expensive. Saved my bacon a few times on the trail.
