Allen,

ISO 8000!? Wow! The noise is nearly nonexistent. Besides that, the color contrast between the Jay and the background is wonderful, it really makes the Jay stand out. A very nice portrait of the Stellar Jay.

Hi Allen, I like the way this bird contrasts with its surroundings as well. Nice color and details on the bird. Cool environmental shot also. Great pose with the raised crest. I could see adding space on the right if that doesn’t bring in distractions.

A nice pose and I like the blues presented against the pale yellow and green BG. A little more space on the right will strengthen the comp if you have it. Well done and Happy Thanksgiving…Jim

I love the background in this image, Allen. The bokeh is beautiful and it really conveys depth well. If you have it, I agree with others that a looser crop would be nice, especially if the rest of the background is as nice as this.

Allen - very appealing colour contrasts here, and a nice pose. Marvelous BG and detail. I agree with Jim that more room in the front would be good. Sweet!
