About This Image
I was shooting Ospreys and friends on the river as they fished. Out of the blue a family of Canada Geese came floating by very quickly. There were a few small rapids and the little ones looked like they were on a carnival ride. Once they got into calmer water they were like glue to Mom
Why This Image?
I like this one out of the series as you can see all their eyes and the two flanking Mom made it stand out to me.
What I’m Trying to Express or Explore
A family and of course being cute.
Where Feedback Would Help Most
Composition working ? Tighter crop perhaps. I never want things too tight if I can help it.
Technical Details
The settings don’t match the subject as I was focusing on BIF when the family came by very unexpectantly. No time to do anything but zoom out

Andrew, this is a beautiful scene and oh such adorable baby geese. The geese and the water around the geese is in focus . My only concern is the two bright spots at the top edge that pulls my eye. Maybe clone out the white. OR I think you could crop down from the top and left side. I love this family portrait!
Cuteness overload here, Andrew! I will echo @annlouiselyman comments. A slight crop from the top or clone the brighter spots.
It’s not easy getting all those little eyes. You did very well with your focus. I don’t see anything wrong with your tech details.
Well done!
A fine capture Andrew. Love seeing the goslings so well and all in focus. A tough thing to accomplish. Agree with the cropping suggestions or perhaps use the remove tool on the upper bright spots to maintain the current crop. Well done.
A lovely family portrait, Andrew. The goslings are arranged beautifully about the parent goose.
