Beautiful shot Jean-Claude. I love the repeating pasterns, the textures and the the light. I might try and recover some of the highlights in the fg but if not possible as is it’s a gorgeous shot.

You have a wonderful setting and light Jean-Claude. I really like the light beaming through the right side and cast down to the forest floor. The long vanishing point is so straight and narrow it almost looks like a man made pathway. Often forest scenes are difficult for me to compose, especially to avoid awkward partial cut off edges, but looks like you framed the sides carefully.
If I had one nit pick, I would prefer some room below the foremost tree trunks to help achieve a sense of place, to me it feels a bit cramped down there. Excellent light, exposure and colors, and a pleasure to view.

Bill’s comments echo my thoughts. I really like the glow in the trees.

A simple but effective composition and use of light.

Great light through the trees and I like the panoramic format chosen.
