Aesthetic and Emotional

I love the black&white and the backlight, but the image feels too complicated. My eye is immediately drawn to the triangular clump on the right and the rest of the image doesn’t do much for me. If you have the pixels, a crop something like the below (probably with a bit more cleanup and maybe a bit of a vignette along the bottom) would express the essence of your image more clearly.

Steve: Intriguing image. My first impression was that this was a night scene although on further review the back light gives it away. I would be curious to see if the color version created a more obvious sunrise impression. >=))>
