The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.
this was taken on the Big Island of Hawaii as the storm approached.
Hawaii is a great place to view the action of wind especially near the water.

David, this does show off the strength of the wind, with the flying spray. I do think that more contrast might look good.

I had a hard time getting the contrast to be increased on this image as you suggested. I think I’ve done it this time.
The light was pretty flat when this was taken. Plus there’s not a lot of color or contrast in the setting.
I actually wound up using ON1 to increase the contrast. That’s one thing I can say about having choices for processing even if you don’t use them very often.
David, the added contrast in the repost looks good, a nice improvement.
How can I see the original and repost side by side other than downloading?

Thanks but that still only shows 1 image at a time. I was hoping for something like Lightroom’s side by side compare function. But nevermind it’s not a problem.
