Hi James, nice job capturing the dolphin in mid-jump and the splash! My only suggestion is a tighter crop, to eliminate the out of focus water in the bottom of the frame. Here’s a suggested crop at 16:9 aspect ratio.

Fantastic capture with a great frozen splash and wonderful tonalities on the dolphin!! I agree to removing a bit off the bottom but why be limited to a 16:9? That removes some of the room for the dolphin to move into, which is important for an action shot like this! Just crop from the bottom and never mind any sort of “standard” crop – unless you’re shooting for cinema.
I think that the original view is better suited for the motion of the dolphin. I’d leave this one as presented…Jim
