We all have our favorite places for sunrises and sunsets…and opinions are like, well, you know what. I found this article interesting, but not surprising. Thoughts?
I’d prefer less hyperbole. “10 Great Sunrise and Sunset Spots”, would be a better title.
I think you could randomly select any 10 of our national parks for this list.
Toroweap Point is one of my personal favorites. Great for sunrise and sunsets.
What ticked me off about this article was the very first image is of Bass Harbor lighthouse a popular sunset spot but the entire page talks about Sunrise at Cadallic Mountain ; after that I refused to click to any more pages. If using stock imagery at least make the text match the picture and that was page 1
Interesting that they mention sunrise at Petrified Forest for the summer solstice. Sunrise is about 5AM, but the park road does not open until 7AM. PFNP is not very hospitable for sunrises or sunsets
