The last of the leaves

From a couple of weeks ago – not much left but a few leaves on the Black Oaks, which are the only oaks with any fall color here. I decided to try a few swipes and combined two here for a little more interest. Got too busy again and have hardly been shooting, or checking in here, lately. I’ll be back eventually!

Two similar images stacked in PS, top one in Soft Light mode. Slight distortion. Shadows-Highlights slider moves to lessen contrast in LR. A couple of areas darkened with a masked Curve.

I love the complementary colours of blue and orange. I think the abstract is very effective. Thanks for sharing!

I missed this one, Diane. Lovely set of colors and a perfect amount of ICM. I can easily see this printed, framed, hanging on the wall. Awesome.
