Description

The common name for Mandevilla is Rock Trumpet so this little trio of full bloom and two buds were playing a tune to me yesterday morning on my garden tour. I was almost at ground level to shoot these. They will climb if given the opportunity and some of the vines have crept up a trellis but for those the BG is a brick wall which is not very complementary.

Specific Feedback

Another plant with a messy BG. Did a stack to cut down on the confusion. The reddish area is the aforementioned brick wall. I toyed with the idea of painting over it but opted to leave it as is. Too distracting?

The fine detail in the petals buds and leaves is astounding Bill. Its funny, but until you mentioned the brick wall, I thought I was seeing complementary colored reddish leaves in the BG. You seem to be figuring out that stacking thing really well.
