We saw this Tri-colored Heron while in Louisiana which was a real treat since I don’t have many images of these beautiful waders.

Its nice to see the Heron in action especially in the image 2 and 4.

Excellent series of this heron, Allen. I really like the way the head of the heron is framed by the lily pad in the first image, though you might look at trimming the bluer shaded foreground pad away from the beak to make the background for the head and beak more uniform. The fourth frame is also very appealing with the fish in the middle of the open beak.
