A bit soft and bright, but a sweet bird and nice pose. You also got a nice angle on the birdbath to add interest.
Some added sharpening might help.

Nicely composed image and he gave you a nice eye level pose. Perhaps slightly overexposed on the flank. Interesting background that works well with this subject and lighting.
