This is beautiful, I like it as is. Good choice of shutter speed, gets the sense of movement just about right, without loosing clear definition of the bird bodies.

Thank you Tomas!

Great choice of SS to keep a lot of the birds sharp, but also add a little movement with a few blurred ones.

Thanks @Michael_Lowe !

I really like this image a lot. It took me a while to fully appreciate it. It’s beauty is not obvious. On an abstract level it’s a scattering of larger spots and small dots. The small birds give a sense of space and distance. There is a sense of movement as everything feels like it’s swirling. The few out of focus birds add to that feeling and thus improve the picture. I like the inclusion of the beach because it makes it less abstract and brings us to reality. I don’t know how I feel about it emotionally. I don’t sense a lot of joy. I would call it intriguing instead. The only suggestion I have is to either remove that small low round cloud on the left edge or maybe greatly lighten it. My eye keeps going to it. Thank you for sharing. Very creative.

Thank you @Igor_Doncov for sharing your thoughts! It’s good that you used the word swirling, when I saw the picture in the camera I noticed the same thing and that the formation in which the birds move is very similar to the golden ratio.

On the other hand, I hadn’t noticed the cloud, I’m going to check the picture and upload a new version, good suggestion.

Hey Igor I followed your recommendation and illuminated the cloud on the left side. I used a radial filter for that one.
