Exceptional close-up quality, Balan. I love seeing the nest and grub too. Did you use a tripod, or just hand-hold? Bravo!
Wonderful details present, especially with the eye and thorax. There’s a little bit DOF drop off on the petiole of the wasp, but you have the essential elements sharply focused. Well done…Jim
Beautiful, Balan. Excellent detail and I like the “perch” it chose.
Balan, you are the “wasp man”. That is way too close for my comfort so kudos to you for nabbing this in your face shot.
Lovely detail!! The flash worked very well. I wouldn’t mind it having a little more room on top.
Very nice detail in this wasp Balan. I love seeing the nest and grubs too. Good work.

Balan: I hate wasps but love your images of them. The detail in the eye immediately caught my attention. Top notch shot. >=))>
