White breasted nuthatch

More birds in the snow that was starting to melt today. This little nuthatch seemed quite unperturbed by me. I kind of like the second image because of the contrasting green colour of the moss

Both images are very good, Eddie, but I too prefer the second. The darker background sets off the bird nicely and the snow makes a great frame and still conveys winter.
