Critique Style Requested: Standard

The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.

Description

Mid-morning fog providing a nice smooth background. Rather pensive look .

Specific Feedback

I don’t like the holly leaves sticking out of the bird’s back but was not able to remove effectively

Technical Details

Z9 560mm f/8 1/640 iso 1600 . Topaz Photo AI, otherwise right out of the camera.

Very nice image of one of my favorites, Dan. It’s song is my cue that spring has arrived. What software are you using to process other than Topaz? It shouldn’t be too difficult to get rid of those leaves. Someone in OPCC should be able to walk you through it the first time, then it’s just a matter of practice.

Hi Daniel, Really nice details captured of this sparrow. Perch is interesting too with nice BG. Agree with Dennis on taking out the leaves in back.
