What technical feedback would you like if any?

I like it pretty much as is, but always appreciate when others see room for improvement.

What artistic feedback would you like if any?

Nikon D 500 and 80-400 lens at 1/1250, f/7.1 and ISO 2200.

I prefer the perch on the first of these, Richard, but this is a great pose. I’d be tempted to go to a narrower aspect ratio on this one as it feels like there’s a lot of empty space on the right.

Another great look at a Bee Eater. Gorgeous colors. Of the two, I guess I prefer the first as it showed more of the bird. I could see a fairly tight crop to create more of a portrait feel.

Yes I agree, the first image is more interesting although this one seems to pop a little better. With respect to the crop, I would consider a vertical crop or even a square crop.
