Technical Details

Canon R5, Canon 100-500mm & 1.4ext, f10, 700mm, 1/1600, +.7 EV, ISO 4,000. The shot is cropped by 65%, and I adjusted the smart light, highlights, contrast, and used local adjustment to bring down the highlights on the branches, all in DXO Photo Lab 5.

I like the feeling of being right there with this guy. Nice pose and the environment shows us the settings these birds often choose. Nice sharpness on the bird.
