Description
The bush, gnarled by the east wind, stands alone. Tall grasses bend around it. Above, the sky is wide and clouded, the world reduced to the starkness of survival on the Tasmanian coast.
I love the “rugged individual” tree photos, and this is absolutely one of those.
I noticed that if the top is cropped, leaving only the tree and one cloud, the 2 elements seem to be in a conversation of sorts. The other cloud seems to distract. I wondered about bringing out some detail in the blacks of the tree and maybe cropping some bottom, but I like what you have done in both of those considerations.
