Beautiful soft colors, Chris. Looks like a watercolor painting, at least for me. Nicely seen and captured.

I particularly like the bushes or small trees that dot the lower part of the photo. They seem to be of a piece, but also separate entities. Sheltered and somehow protected by those marvelous dunes.

@Kris_Smith Thanks, Kristen. It seemed like the bushes made a good foreground element and helped anchor the image.

I agree, very nice colors. Subdued, an invitation to look further into the picture.

Not garish or gaudy, calm and unpretentious.

I like it.

Chris, the pinks in the sky, the blues in the mountains and the subtler pinks in the dunes make fine visual top to bottom or bottom to top eye movement, helped out well by your centering of the tallest dune.
