I carefully increased background blur in post (original bkgrd was too busy). Hoping it still feels natural.

Hi Wes
That is a very nice looking Hummingbird, it just pops out from the background. The Z6 gave you great detail and color. Did you need a special setup to use the Sigma lens? The framing is also vary nice.

Nice details in the feathers on this little guy, Wes. I think the background looks natural.

A nice capture with an interesting perch. To me the BG does look natural but I would consider blurring it more, and cropping in to remove more of it. For me, it only competes with the bird.

Hi Peter, thanks for the feedback! I used an FTZ adapter to connect the Sigma to the Z6.

@Diane_Miller I do see the dark spots in the bkgrd pulling my eye. Good point!

Very nice detail in the hummer and nice pose. The background blur looks good. The background colors complement the bird. I wonder about darkening the background-the bird might pop more.
