The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.

Description

What would a silhouette challenge be without the iconic Face Rock? Chrissy and I were blessed with a brilliant clear sunset and as everyone else on the beach headed for their rooms or cars we stuck around for the blue hour show and had the whole beach to ourselves. I had a number of shots of the rock but chose this one for the extra element of the gull.

Specific Feedback

Would you prefer a crop off the bottom to eliminate the gull and its perch or does the gull add worthwhile interest?

Wow! Both images are pretty special Bill. It’s so lovely to have a sunset to yourself.

I like the gull, but I feel the bird could be in a slightly different position. You have the three elements that make up that magical triangle. Maybe if the bird were a little further to the left?
