Beautiful job on the Goldeneye, Dave, and I love the bow wave. I do think a bit more canvas on the top would make it even better. It just feels a bit crowded up there.

The Bow wake and angle are really nice. It works in the crop shown for me, if you have the pixels, I would take some off the left and go even tighter on the wave.

I love the bow wave you captured in this, David. Great details in the beautiful subject as well.

Excellent golden tones in the water and the wake is very cool in an abstract sense. I could go with a little more space on the top also. Last year was the first year in 12 years I didn’t see a male Barrows Goldeneye in my neighborhood. This year so far none have appeared of either gender.

Very nice Golden Eye shot, David! Detail and color on the bird is great and the bow wave is a special bonus. I think I would go for a little more room at the top if it was available but it works good in the panorama crop also.
