Description

I was with my family for a long weekend in the Great Smoky Mountains. We came across this big guy. We kept our distance but he was HUGE for a black bear.

Specific Feedback

Would love thoughts on the impressions of the photo as well as any pre or post processing that could have made for a stronger image

Sent it through topaz for some sharpening and applied color to taste in Lightroom

I also cleaned up an unfortunate stick.

Nice look from this big guy Freddie, and nice details in the face and fur. It may have been better to back it off just a bit to get the whole animal in the frame if you could have. Good clone job wherever the stick was. It is still a bit messy with all of the OOF sticks.
