Blue Dasher laying eggs

I managed to catch this Blue Dasher laying her eggs in my backyard pond yesterday. Cropped to 55% of full frame. I have a number of different positions, but like this one because it caught the tail dip when she releases a single egg.

A great capture of nature in action, Mark! Wonderful details in the DF, and a very nice ripple in the water where the action is. Perfect timing.

Mark: Great capture of the moment and superb DOF management. I also like the water tension and rippling. Many :+1::+1:>=))>
