Probably the last of this tulip as I think the petals should fall off within the next day or so but I feel like I got a number of good images from it. All comments welcome.>=))>

Exceptional. I feel the depth of field is just perfect. I’ve seen macro shots composed via image stacking. I prefer this natural look. It isn’t too perfect. Stellar.

Lovely, Bill. The petals make a great background and you got an excellent angle on the pistil and stamens. I like the depth of field and focus point you chose.

Lots to love about this one, Bill. I had to check your aperture to see how you go such great dof. It’s a challenge with these longer pistil and stamen flowers to get them all in reasonably good focus. It’s amazing how much you have to stop down to get two shapes less than an inch apart both in focus!? I really like the choice to keep the petals themselves soft and accentuate the follicles and texture of the pistils and stamens. Nicely done.
