My brother and I went to Longwood Gardens this week and this is one of the few images I came away with that I liked. The hibiscus are not readily accessible as you have to stand behind a barrier, but I did come away with this backlit one. I was drawn to the radiating bands of color, kind of reminded me of a pin wheel. As always thanks for taking a moment to leave a thought.

Backlighting worked well for this shot. I especially like the pinwheel effect of the curved orange and light areas radiating from the center of trhe flower. Well done…Jim
Hi Ed. The back lighting shows off the structure of the hibiscus nicely. Great colors and comp. Believe the orchid show starts this weekend. Hope to get down there to see it this year.
