I love bridges…I took this one afternoon in Newport Oregon. It was overcast (obviously), and I wanted to get a long exposure. So I threw an ND filter on and shot a 30 second exposure. I wanted to smooth out the bay water and the sky as well. When processing, it just called for Black and White.
