What a pretty flower, Wayne. I just love the colors, and the shape of it.
This is gorgeous! Wonderful sharpness and DOF with a lovely BG with lovely colors. The yellow in the center is a complement to the violet, and the greens and oranges are triads on the color wheel. That is a pleasing combination.
I like the composition. And a surprising dof. and nice that you got the almost full side view.
Thanks so much for all comments. Nature is making a burst of color this year and I enjoy trying to capture it.

This year’s flowering season has started off with a series of beautiful blooms. The columbine’s colors and the angle you chose accentuates its beauty. Nicely done.
