I think this is amazing! It’s abstract enough that I’m not sure how it got to this stage in processing, but it’s so gorgeous that I don’t need to think about it! Everything leads to some wonderful mystery along the upper edge. The blues, browns and golds are outstanding!!
Jorma, the colors and textures in the rocks look great. I also really like the strong 3D effect leading to the top of the frame.
Jorma, this is a wonderful find. I too like the 3D look you managed to capture with these rocks. Wonderful lines, texture, patterns and colors. A very pleasing and interesting image.
Thanks guys for the nice feedback! The original rock was very flat and required quite a lot of work to get a 3D impression on it. Lights and shadows are built artificially by burning and dodging. Colors have also been manipulated by painting different areas. This was a nice exercise in using a brush and a drawing tablet
This is very cool, Jorma. I like the colors, composition and placement of everything. Plus the higher contrast provides a lot of depth to the image. Wonderful.

Jorma, I like this a lot, the subdued blues and browns are very attractive, as well as the several lines that permeate the image. The lower rock forms a nice arrow pointing up, which is psychologically “uplifting”, ha ha. Well seen.

An outstanding photograph that delights with depth, color, detail, and intrigue. Really well seen and executed.
All the little shapes and forms are held together by the collection of lines converging to the yellow patch above. Great composition. Beautiful light and colours. Don’t change a thing!
