Critique Style Requested: Standard

The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.

Description

A couple of days ago I went to the Fairmont Classic Car Show for the third time. Since I had already photographed most of the regulars there, I decided to photograph the interiors with my fisheye lens. My subject truck caught my eye having not photographed it previously. The bright sun and dark interior was a challenge I would have to address in PP.

Specific Feedback

General coments on composition and edit.

Technical Details

Nikon Z6 Nikkor 8-15mm fish eye f/3.5-4.5 @ 15mm ISO 200 Edited in LR/Topaz Photo AI/ LR. Used Generative AI to remove 2 flyers on the seat.

Gary: Thoroughly cool look and some pretty impressive processing if this is from one frame. Your comp with the classics through the window and the windshield are icing on the cake. Makes me want to be there! :+1: :+1:>=))>
PS: Did you consider shooting for HDR? I’ve found the HDR feature in LR pretty easy to work with in high contrast scenes like this.

Unusual and very interesting! Perfect use of the fish-eye.
Your processing was excellent to get to the final image. Love the colours and perspective.
I’d love to see an image of the outside too.
Well-done!

I’ve been meaning to use the HDR image effect on my Z8, but completely forgot about it. Fortunately, even the Z6 was able to capture the details in the dark areas. I’m very pleased with my Nikons.
