Wonderful scene, Ben. Love how the green on the trees in the background complement the moss in the foreground, seemly making the moss brighter. Could just be me or my monitor. Also, love the playful feel of the brownish leaves around the lower portion of the foreground tree. Looks like a ballerina skirt (or tutu), makes me smile.

I love this scene, and the interaction withit it, well spotted. (The beech is one of my favourite trees, which it looks to me like that’s what it is, very photogenic any time of the year.)
