Nice head turn and background, Allen. I really like the water. The rear view has the effect of compressing the bird a bit and making it look much shorter than it really is-an interesting effect.
The males get the most attention, but the females are quite attractive as well and you’ve shown this nicely. Good detail and I like the watery background. I could see a possible crop on the left to remove that one branch.
