Description
We had our first overnight freeze two weeks ago. This is a look at my pond with fallen leaves frozen in the ice, where I like the mix of colors, shapes and textures.

Mark, this is terrific. I love the contrasting colors and textures in this. I’m not sure what I would change. I do find my eye being drawn up to the partial leaf at the top middle, which is interesting since it seems like the top right should be more of a distraction. In a chaotic scene like this it is really hard to get clean edges. I’m really not sure what else to suggest. I really like this!
Mark, truly wonderful natural or nature collage if you will. The light is excellent for the colorful array too…
The only thing I can suggest is print and frame! This is wonderful – clearly an 11/10! Colors, textures, shapes, light – it’s all there!
Hi Mark, this is lovely! It’s surprising how good shape the leaves are while sitting in a pond waiting for that freeze to occur - almost like they just dropped the night before! Lucky you. I do think that the little seed on the green leaf in UR could go - an overall crop would still work on the whole image from the top, or a content aware remove task should do it.
Wonderful Mark. Its bright and cheery even though it’s showing frigid and fall/winter. Nicely seen.
Love it all, Mark. The colors, detail, composition and yes, the idea of freeze! I wouldn’t change a thing! Nicely seen and captured.

Mark, what is not to love in this image. A feast to the eyes, for sure. I can’t think of a thing to improve it.
