You did a wonderful job panning with this image, Armin. the face is absolutely tack sharp and the motion blur of the grass and legs is wonderful.

The two images look identical to me. Did you accidentally post two or did you intend to post two different images?

Yes they are identical. When I loaded the first one up it did not appear, then I read about the image size of 1500px and posted a smaller one. Both appeared at the same time

Thanks Armin. If you want to remove one of them it’s pretty simple. Go to the bottom of the original post just above the comments and click on the pencil icon. That puts you in the edit mode. Images appear as a long nonsense character string and you can just delete one of them. If you want to repost an image with changes you do the same thing, put your cursor where you want the new image to appear (usually at the top) and use the little rectangle with an up arrow in the menu bar of the edit screen to upload the revised image. You can also label the original and the new versions at that time and edit the title to indicate that you’ve posted a revised version.

The main reason to resize your images (I actually use 2048 pixels on the long side because my camera club asks for that) is to avoid having the software downsize your images or you having to use a low jpeg quality to get the size to a reasonable amount. I limit the file size to 2MB which I’ve never exceeded at 100% quality and 2048 pixels.

That is a cool photograph! I love how the eyes are tack sharp and everything else is just a blur. It conveys so much action.

Wonderful motion shot with perfect blur, Armin. Zorro - Spanish for fox - appears to be on the run for a meal. I’d consider printing this image. Colors and composition are superb.
