The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.
And God said, “Let there be light.”
I’ve been going through some of my archives for images to pair up with certain Bible verses for prints. Thought this scene from dawn at Bryce Canyon was appropriate.>=))>
Specific Feedback
Did not have to do much tweaking except for taming some of the highlights on the hoodoos. Still too bright? All other suggestions welcome.

And indeed, there is light! This is a great image, Bill. The composition is spot on, so no changes needed. I do think the bright lights could be brought down just a bit more, though.

Bill, I was lost on the Bible verse until you spelled it out for me. And yes, excellent “light” for sure.
I think you and @Preston_Birdwell are on track with the highlight brightness on the hoodoos. Maybe some turn down on the Gamma a bit might be in order there. As always, post processing tweaking is the Coup de gras of this art IMVHO…
Hi Bill,
Appropriate indeed. The light on the hoodoos is exquisite and the bible verse is perfect and compliments the image beautifully. I also like the diagonal line created with unusual landscape of the area. My only suggestion would be the already mentioned taming of the highlights; by @Preston_Birdwell and @Paul_Breitkreuz; just a touch more on a couple of the hoodoos. Very nicely done and good luck with your project and print making.
I like the composition very much. Bryce is such an incredible place. You have to see it to get the full impact because you’re looking down on a panorama of hoodoos. I really like the lower left quadrant especially. And it has that sand dune look of shadows on bare ground.
Yes, they’re still too hot in some places. But only the hottest ones should be tamed if possible. I don’t know if your histogram is clipped on the right.
