Terry, that was a nice bonus having him come by and pose. You have nice details in the DF, and I really like the perch. I am wondering if maybe a vertical would work even better, since all of that on the left isn’t helping the image. Just a thought.
Terry: Great perch and a fine capture of the dragonfly. Cropping is such a matter of personal taste. I actually like the left to right flow of the perch leading to the Dasher. I cropped this some from the top and bottom a little to narrow the frame. Back to you. >=))>
Thanks, Bill. You are so right that cropping is a matter of personal taste, as are many things in photography. In this case, I think all three crops work. I appreciate your input.
