Golden-crowned Sparrow

Another one from last week when the cherry blossoms were still in bloom.

A fine look at this Golden Crowned Sparrow in the cherry tree. Large view works better because it isolates the sparrow. Good detail and nice light head turn. Perhaps you could tone down the whites in the left upper corner area. They seem to catch my eye.

Allen, I love how this little sparrow is nestled in the cherry blossoms. Nice composition.

Hi Allen,

Composition looks good. You may want to bright the shadows up a bit. Large view shows off the sparrow better than the small version…Jim

Another beautiful shot of a bird in the flowering trees, Allen. Makes me wish I knew someone with a yard full of these. Excellent detail in the Golden-crowned, and I really like the softness of the blooms.

Hi Allen, a pretty image well composed and captured. The brown of the bird contrasts nicely with the flowers.
