Golden-crowned Sparrow

Another from our snow fall a couple of weeks ago. I had several nice sessions in my permanent blind, though there were a couple of species that I had hoped to see that didn’t show this year-I suspect it’s my own fault for limbing up the trees to provide more fire protection.

Excellent buried in the snow image with a superb head turn and detail. I like the shadow in the texture of the snow.

Good pose in a snowy environment. I may stop commenting on the excellent detail, as with these high end, newer cameras, it seems to be pretty universal.
