You caught a nice landing pose and good detail. The light on the splashed water adds to the interest and the color of the water is pleasing. Very nice.

Wonderful catch, and the disturbed water ahead of the bird allows a very nice framing.
Based on the ripples just below the body, my eye wants a slight CW rotation to level things.
