Great egret, green heron, kingfisher

Critique Style Requested: Standard

The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.

Description

I continue to photograph all the birds I can find at my neighborhood lake.
I start at first light at a perch favored by the kingfisher and then move a little ways down the lake to try for flight shots. A late season green heron even showed up this morning as I waited for the egrets to fly.

Specific Feedback

Any comments appreciated.

Wow, Allen. What a great set of images. I love the light in the Egret, the action in the Heron, and the two Kingfisher images with the open beaks are just superb close-ups.

All of them tip-top, Allen. My favorite is the green heron with the beautiful light reflections in the water supporting the interesting pin-sharp pose.

All pleasing images, Allen. I like that the egret is coming at you and the reflection and color of the water add to the image. The water color nicely complements the heron and the close=up looks at the kingfisher are fantastic.
