Green and Black Poison Dart Frog

This is another Poison Dart Frog, actually having about twice the amount of toxic secretions on its skin than the first one I posted a few weeks ago. The frog itself is about at the most to centimeters in length. This is a full frame image.

The skin texture is really cool on this frog, David.

David: Interesting that you could get this close with a 105. Marvelous detail in the skin. I wish there was a bit more light on the eye but this is very nice as is.>=))>

David, a simple auto tone on the selected eye makes a world of difference, IMO, at least seen large.

Thanks Phil, I agree. Much better eye!

David, a fine close up that shows off the colors of the frog and it’s perch beautifully. I too would like a bit more light on the eye, although this view clearly shows how well the eye is camouflaged, which is a highly valuable survival trait. The repost is a fine improvement.
