Great silhouette Sandy. It looks like a National Park Post Card. I really like the size of the bear and the layers of colors are great. Good pick for this week’s challenge.

Nice catch! I think I’d move the bear a little more out of center, but that’s an artist’s choice thing. Looking at the thumbnail, I thought the horizon needs a small CCW move. Downloaded and confirmed – both the distant water horizon, and thankfully the dark spit the bear is walking on is parallel to the distant water’s edge.

Really nice shot Sandy. I love the layers and the details on the bear in silhouette. I might make it a touch more prominent by cropping a bit of foreground and sides, but that’s nitpicking.

Hi Sandy, Great capture. This image made me smile. A good caption might be ‘Griz on a mission’ as the image conveys direction and determination. Well done.
