Hi Allen,

All this one needs is to cut back on the sharpening. Otherwise, good comp and nice to see one with the wings in focus. Well done :beers:…Jim

Excellent, Allen. You nailed the focus and depth of field and I like the composition. Well done.

The first thing I noticed is how the colours of the dragonfly match those of the background. Great dof on body and wings. Excellent light. I could also see it (same size) sitting a bit more in the LRC as if it just landed, but that is minor. Great image as presented.

Well done! Good dof, unobtrusive background. Pushing the envelope just a bit with the sharpening.

Allen: Good perch and a fine DOF choice. I’m not seeing the sharpening issues noted. Most excellent.>=))>
