wow what a great looking pair of birds. Another super shot. You could try replacing that far background (I’ve had to do it), but other than that, it’s pretty fab.

Great capture with excellent detail and focus, and yet another uncanny color-matched BG. I could wish there was a bit more space between the birds and the shore but I think the BG itself is quite attractive – pleasingly OOF and with a wash of the blues of the water.
I think I’d embrace the BG by trimming a little off the bottom. I’m also wondering about a slight CW rotation, but I like the energy of the angle here.
Both versions work fine for me, David. The repost with the larger crop has more immediate impact, but the first has more sense of place.
