Grey Heron photographed on very dull day
I wanted to get what I have here. But this took nearly 2000 shots of different birds that day,

A very cool image, Avi.Getting blur just the way you want it is difficult and I applaud you patience. I like this a lot.
I like the bird in flight and the way you captured it. For me, the big draw back is the bird in the background I find distracting and my eye keeps drifting up to it.
Love the heron in flight but would remove the background bird. Do you have an image with the background bird in a different position in the image. That would work also.
The heron looks wonderful, and I like the way it suggests movement. I would also vote for getting rid of the seagull (?) in the background.
