This Swans were photographed on the South Cove in Old, Saybrook, Ct. The shot was cropped by 15% and the whites were adjusted Lightroom6. This cove is home to around 60 Swans.

I like that you were able to photograph the swans coming towards you.

I like the composition and the mirroring wing positions. Good job on the white plumage and the watercolor.

A very nice flight shot with excellent detail in the rear bird and quite reasonable detail in the lead. That kind of depth of field is difficult with birds this large. My only nit is that I wish they’d given you a touch more separation between the bill of the rear bird and the lead bird, but that’s a minor issue.
